Winning New Business Through Referral Networks

In this challenging economic environment it is the value of our networks that creates personal and professional growth. In industries where relationships and trust drive business, this is even more critical. As we all knock on the door of new customer opportunities in 2009, the key to the lock is our referral network of satisfied current customers.
Today's modern Social Media tools are great (i.e. LinkedIn) for providing personal histories of work performance and written recommendations, but nothing works as well as a personal introduction from an existing client.

2009 Stimulus and Karma Challenge

Since economic stimulus depends on customers developing buying comfort, I would challenge each of us to reach out and make a personal recommendation for a customer or supplier this year. Who knows, the goodwill that it earns for a trusted business connection may come back to you.

Supplier Development Program

When an entire supply chain speaks the same Quality Language, interactions are streamlined and money saving efficiencies are attained for all participants. ISO systems are specifically designed to harmonize these inter-corporate communications.

It additionally benefits our ISOmatrix clients when their suppliers integrate an ISOmatrix QMS and those interaction benefits are mutual win-wins.

We want to work with our clients' suppliers, and a personal introduction helps build the trust to make it happen.
