Future of ISO 9001

regarding future paths for Quality Management and specifically for ISO 9001. With the new release ( ISO9001:2008 ) heading our way soon, it is good to read that the concept of customer satisfaction is being practiced as well as preached in the mechanics of the standard itself. Though revisions do not occur very often, the fact that the standard evolves just as each practitioner's business evolves is a good testament to the continual improvement mindset that ISO delivers.
